MTS232v2 supports up to 127 COM ports through one MIDI port. Only one
instance of MTS232v2 can be operational on a machine at any given time.

At the moment the E-Show tool will not convert incoming RS232 data into
MIDI messages reliably. Therefore consider it to be a disabled feature.

The setup dialog sets up the mapping between MIDI port number and
COM port number. This does not need to be an N to N mapping, although
each MIDI port can only address one COM port. For example if there are
four COM ports, 1 to 4, then MIDI ports could be mapped as 10, 1, 15,
and 120 for COM ports 1, 2, 3, and 4. Of course, all COM ports do not
need to be mapped.

The tool has two slightly different message formats.  The first is the
"setup message" that configures a single serial port for baud rate,
stop bits, word size, and parity.  The second is a "data message" that 
selects a previously configured port, reselects the parity, and may 
turn RTS/DTR (as a pair) on or off.  It also contains optional data to 
be sent out the serial port.  Each data byte to be sent is sent as two
midi characters.  The low 4 bits are data, and the upper bits are "7".
This distinguishes data bytes from any meaning on the setup byte, since
that byte must have a value of 00..6F.

General message format:

		F0  00 00 40  00  dd  ss  (7x 7x 7x)  F7

		00 00 40	= RSD manuf ID
		00			= MTS-232 device class
|		dd			= MTS-232 COM port MIDI address, 00..127
		ss			= setup byte
		7x			= optional data nibbles, which must be in pairs

The setup byte has two different formats, depending on whether this is
a setup message or a data message.

For a Setup Message:

	If the message contains exactly one data byte the driver sends a
	break on the serial port output with a duration equal to the number
	of milliseconds delay indicated in the two databytes taken LSByte
	first. No comm settings are altered. The 7th byte is ignored.

For MTS232 use the channel select bits should both be zero. The MIDI ID
selects the desired serial port via mapping setup in the configuration
dialog.
